WAVVES is a one man force named Nathan Williams from San Diego, CA. The thing about Nathan is that the music he creates as WAVVES sounds like a full band, rocking lo-fi power group, which may be why everyone under the sun is anticipating his album as one of the best of the year. Pitchfork’s Ryan Schreiber even gave him a shout on ABC News with Charles Gibson!
