Max Justus:

Featured on ATF a few weeks ago for the release of the track CTRL_ALT_Dance, the folks at the Record    Machine sent over another single that has such a different vibe, I couldn’t help but post it.  Darker, richer, and much more in the realm of dubstep, the track Altered Beast is a side of Max Justus you didn’t hear in our previous post.

The Fingermonsters:
Andrew Phelan, Cubik, George Cochrane and Shawn Allen came together as co-workers & friends at the Moulton Studios in SF, CA to form The Fingermonsters.  The result:  a sound combining house, minimal, and electro with an intense live PA said to contain all members ‘freaking out’  with a variety of synths, drum machines, and other instruments.

Windsurf:
Daniel Judd & Same Grawe make up the San Francisco electronic duo Windsurf.  Blending the beat skills of the two gives birth to a sound that favors sunsets over Ibiza over the laser skies of a warehouse.  Cool, calm, and tastefully retro, their upcoming release Coastlines (10/27/08) can be described as ‘Cosmic Disco’ with atmospheric sweeping sounds, and funky guitar riffs.
